What are FetchCredits?
Credits pay for FetchIt’s live AI research — the part that searches stores and reviews for you in real time. Everything calculated by FetchIt’s own scoring (FetchScore, FetchMatch, Challenge FetchIt, comparisons, price analysis) never uses credits.

You always see the cost before anything is used, and a request that fails is never charged. Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to your plan’s monthly amount.
Need more credits?
Members and Decision Pass holders can top up. Packs last 90 days and are used after your plan credits. Buy with a discount code from your membership page.

Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your membership page. You keep everything you’ve paid for until the end of the period; you won’t be charged again.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades start straight away and the unused part of your old plan is refunded pro rata. Moving to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly, happens at your next renewal — you keep what you’ve paid for until then.
How does SmartBuy Family work?
The owner invites up to four people by email. Everyone gets the full plan with their own FetchProfile, and live research uses the family’s shared credits. The owner can set a monthly credit limit for each person.
Why isn’t AI unlimited?
Live research searches the web and costs FetchIt real money each time. Credits keep prices low and make sure the service stays sustainable — and repeat questions are free.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan for a few days while the payment is retried. You can update your payment method from the email your bank or Razorpay sends.
Do recommendations depend on what FetchIt earns?
No. Commercial relationships never affect FetchScore, FetchMatch or any recommendation.
Prices in Indian rupees, including taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). FetchIt never sees or stores your card details. Prices shown are the launch prices.
