How you receive what you buy

SmartBuy memberships, Decision Passes and FetchCredits are added to your FetchIt account online as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within seconds. You’ll see them on your membership page, and the features unlock across fetchit.shop while you’re signed in.

Family plan members get access when they accept the owner’s invitation.

If it doesn’t show up

Occasionally a payment confirmation is delayed. If you’ve paid and don’t see your plan or credits within 30 minutes, contact us with the topic “Billing” — if a payment went through without access being added, we add it or refund the payment in full.

Physical goods

FetchIt does not sell or ship physical products. Products you buy through retailer links are sold and delivered by those retailers under their own policies.
